Forming or entering into a partnership is an important step in growing a successful business. Unfortunately, all too often partnerships are entered into without consideration of the legal implications and often break up in acrimony. We believe that it is essential to have a deed of partnership in place that accurately reflects the realities of the business, the roles of the partners and the consequences of dissolution. We can advise on the formation or change to a partnership and draw up an appropriate partnership deed for you.

If there is a dispute between partners we will provide you with commercially sensible advice with the aim in mind of ensuring the preservation of the business and its value. If a partnership is to dissolve, we can likewise draw up the necessary documentation to reflect the terms agreed between the former partners.
